Can I leave out certain Items?
Yes leave us a message with items. There is a limit of (3) items that can be excluded/replaced. I will redraw the capsule/bead. The exception is for allergies or diabetes.
Can you cancel your order or get a refund?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you need to canel for any reason cancellation fee will be applied. If you have a question about this please contact us.

This is a mystery drawing there will be no duplicate orders.
However you may provide a list of (5) characters you like so if they are available I may add to your drawing. In the case that the characters aren't available you may also add favorite color. Send to contact.
Throw Blankets, Tapestry, Big Plushies, Purses, Large Mouse Pad, and Stationary Sets no character may be guaranteed. We will however try our best to match with listed characters or favorite color. Items very in sizes example throw blankets can be anywhere from 50" X 40" and bigger same goes for tapestries.
